正确看待科技成果转化率

摘　　要：本文认为科技成果转化是促进经济发展方式转变的重要举措,但一味强调提高科技成果转化率则不合时宜,它一方面会使科技成果转化的投资增加,另一方面还会使科技成果转化的效益下降,再一方面会使对科技人员及科技管理部门的业绩考察不科学、不全面。因此,我们要正确看待科技成果转化率这一问题,否则的话会使我们科技成果转化工作陷入误区。The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is important to transforming economic develop- ment mode. However, fastening on the transformation rate of scientific and technologic achievements is inappropriate. On the one hand, this increases the investment on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements; on the other, this decreases the benefit of the transformation. Besides, too much emphasis on the transformation rate makes the exam to- wards the personnel and administrative sections of science and technology neither scientific nor entire. Therefore, we ought to treat the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements correctly ; otherwise our efforts on the transforma- tion of scientific and technological achievements would go wrong.
