摘 要:利用三维绘图软件Pro/E建立大采高液压支架前连杆的实体模型,根据大采高液压支架受力分析图对前连杆受力情况进行计算。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件的结构静力学分析模块和模态分析模块,对前连杆进行静力分析和模态分析,然后根据淮北矿业集团许疃矿7229工作面ZY11000/28/63型大采高液压支架受顶板周期来压的实际情况,结合ANSYS数值模拟的结果综合分析前连杆的受力情况和抗屈服能力,这对大采高液压支架的安全性以及机械化综采有着实际的指导意义。3D drawing software Pro/E big mining height are used to broken hydraulic support before connecting rod entity mod-el it set up, According to the big mining height are broken hydraulic support force analysis of connecting rod bearing before.
