摘 要:依据液压支架推移杆的最新试验标准,利用有限元方法对ZFG7600/24/38型液压支架推移杆进行了最大推移力状态下推移杆强度分析以及垂直加载检验,得出ZFG7600/24/38型液压支架推移杆的应力和变形分布模拟状况,为推移杆的设计提供理论依据。According to the latest domestic coal industry standard "General specification for powered support", finite element was manipulated for push rod of ZFG7600/24/38 powered support not only in strength analysis of the push rod under maximum tractive force but also in vertical load test. Through analysis and simulation tests, the distribution of the stress and deformation of the push rod of ZFG7600/ 24/38 powered support were got. Thus, theoretical basis could be provided for the design of push rod of powered support.
