摘 要:利用LabVIEW虚拟仪器开发平台构建了一套矿井提升机在线振动监测系统,阐述了在线振动监控系统的硬件组成和软件设计。该系统能够实时显示矿井提升机振动信号的波形图和频谱图,对故障点进行点分析、相关分析和包络分析,获取趋势图、频谱瀑布图、轨迹图、相关谱值和相关相位。利用该系统对JKM-3.25×4(II)型矿井提升机进行监测分析,实验表明该系统能够显示矿井提升机工作状态,及时判断故障产生的位置和原因,实现了对矿井提升机的在线监测与故障诊断。This paper developed an online vibration monitoring system of mine hoist, which adopted the development platform of virtual instrument of LabVIEW, and the hardware composition and software design of the online vibration monitoring system were described. It can display real-time vibration diagram envelope and spectrogram of mine hoist. According to the point analysis, the related analysis and the analysis to the fault point, the system achieved tendency diagram, spectrum waterfall diagram, track diagram, related spectrum and related phase. JKM-3.25 ×4 (II) type of mine hoist, the results The system was used to supervise and analysis the showed that the system can display the working condition of mine hoist and, judge the position and the reason of the fault timely, which achieved the online monitoring and fault diagnosis of the mine hoist.
