基于S7-200PLC的C650型卧式车床电气控制系统改造

摘　　要：针对传统的C650车床电气控制接线多、故障率高、功耗大和生产效率低等缺点,应用西门子S7-200系列PLC对C650车床进行了改造,给出了详细的改造方案。实践证明改造后的PLC控制系统,具有可靠性高、抗干扰能力强等优点,提高了生产效率。Electric control system of C650 lathes existed some defects such as over wiring, high fault rate, high power consumption and low production efficiency. This paper introduced the detailed method of technology reformation by applying SIENENS PLC. Practice had proved that PLC control system after reforming had high reliability, strong ability of anti-disturbing and improving production efficiency.
