摘　　要：介绍了一种基于WinCC组态软件与PLC实现的煤矿风机故障监控系统,系统通过传感器与外部电路,实现井下通风状况的实时监控和风机运行与故障情况的远程监控与综合保护,有效提高了煤矿井下生产的安全性。A kind of faults monitoring system based on WinCC is proposed. It coordinates kinds of sensors and outside circuit it can realize comprehensive intellectualization of coal mine ventilation monitoring, included electric machine examination and synthesis protection, and realize centralized and the long-distance monitoring. The system realized the coal mine monitoring automation. It enhanced reliability of mine production safety.
