摘 要:建立了ICP—AES法测定含硫选矿药剂对尾矿中重金属镉、铜、铅、锌释放值的分析方法。对仪器参数、分析谱线、干扰情况等因素进行了研究。结果表明,该法相关性好,r为0.9999—1.0000,相对标准偏差为1.1%~4.1%,样品加标回收率为80.0%-106.6%。方法应用于实际样品的测定,结果满意。A method for the determination of releasing values of heavy metals Cd, Cu, Pb and Zn from railings leached by sulfur bearing beneficiation reagents by ICP-AES (inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy) has been developed in this study. The selection of instrumental parameters, the analytical wavelengths and interferences were discussed. The results showed that the correlation coefficients, relative standard deviations and recoveries of the method were 0. 9999 - 1. 0000,1.1% - 4. 1% and 80. 0% - 106. 6%, respectively. This method is sensitive, accurate and simple for analysis of Cd, Cu, Pb and Zn.
