摘 要:建立了用于分子筛废水中六亚甲基亚胺(Hexamethyleneimine HMI)含量检测的抑制电导离子色谱分析方法。样品经过滤稀释后直接进样,色谱条件:IonpacCS17(250mm×4mm)阳离子分析柱和IonpacCGl7(50mm×4mm)保护柱,流动相为10mmolfLH2SO。溶液,流速1.0mL/min,25斗L进样量,采用抑制电导检测器。HMI的线性范围是0.3~300mg/L,线性方程Y=0.083p+0.033,线性相关系数为0.9999,相对标准偏差为0.22%,检出限(以信噪比s/N=3计)为0.003mg/L,加标回收率为96.6%~102.9%。A method of ion chromatography ( IC ) was developed for the determination of HMI in the waste water produced by molecular sieve process. The waste water was diluted with deionized water and filtrated by a 0. 22 μm nylon filter membrane. The analytical column was a Dionex Ionpac CS17 (250 mmx4 mm)with a guard column Ionpac CG17(50 minx4 ram). The eluent was 10 mmol/L H2SO4 with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection was performed with a Dionex suppressed conductivity detector. The quantitative analysis was done with an external standard calibration curve. The linear range of HMI in the method was 0. 3 -300 mg/L (r2 = O. 9999), the average recovery was 99. 4% with the relative standard deviation 0, 22%, and the detection limit (S/N = 3 ) was 0. 003 mg/L. The method has been applied to determination of contents of HMI in the waste water of molecular sieve process.
