摘　　要：[目的]建立印楝中nimbin的高效液相色谱定量分析方法。【方法】采用0Ds色谱柱，流动相为甲醇一水（体积比为70：30），流速1mL／min，检测波长UV217nm。【结果】方法线性相关系数为0．99994（0．0940-9．3954ng），相对标准偏差为0．14％，回收率为94．9％。【结论】方法简便、重现性好。[Aims] It was to establish a quantitative analysis method of nimbin in neem by high-performance liquid chromatography. [Methods] A ODS column was used. The mobile phase was the mixture of methanol-water （70 ： 30, by vol）. Flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and wavelenth of UV detector was 217 nm. [Results] The linear correlation coefficient was 0.99994 （0.0940-9.3954 μg）, relative standard deviation（RSD） was 0.14% and recovery was 94,9%. [Conclusions] This method is convenient with good reappearance.
