摘　　要：[目的]建立唑胺菌酯原药高效液相色谱分析方法。【方法】采用AgilentSB—C18色谱柱，流动相为乙腈-水（体积比50：50），流速为1．0mL／min，紫外检测波长236nm条件下进行外标法定量。【结果】该方法在400-460mg／L质量浓度范围内呈良好线性，平均回收率为100．0％，相对标准偏差为0．122％，变异系数为0．13％。[结论]方法操作简便，准确度和精密度高，线性相关性好。[Aims] A HPLC method for analysing pyrametostrobin was established. [Methods] The sample was separated and analyzed quantitatively on Agilent SB-C18 reversed-phase chromatography column with a UV detector at 236 nm, using acetonitrile and water （50 ： 50, by vol） as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. [Results] Good linearity was obtained in range from 400-460 mg/L. The recovery rate was 100%. The results showed that the standard deviation of pyrametostrobin was 0.122%. The variation coefficient was 0.13%. [Conclusions] The method was simple, rapid and accurate, and had good linear correlation.
