摘  要:永磁体退磁是永磁直流电机的常见故障,可能导致其他更严重的故障发生。因此,对永磁直流电机退磁故障进行早期检测可以有效防止灾难发生,具有重大意义。利用有限元仿真软件Maxwell与Simplorer建立永磁直流电机仿真模型,在模型中通过改变永磁体的矫顽力、剩余磁感应注入退磁故障,实现了电机的退磁故障建模。对仿真得到的定子相电流进行EMD分解,获得一系列固有模式函数,对其进行SPWVD时频分析可以获取信号在不同状态下的时频特征,通过多组仿真数据的时频分析可以总结出时频特征随故障程度的变化规律。仿真结果与实验分析的一致性验证了仿真模型和诊断方法的正确性。The permanent magnet demagnetization fault is the common fault of PMDCM, which may cause other more serious faults. Therefore, the early examination and diagnosis to the motor demagnetization fault could prevent the disaster from occurring effectively, which has great significance. PMDCM simulation model was established by using finite element software Maxwell2D and Simplorer. Injecting demagnetization fault by means of altering the coercivity or remanence, the model of demagnetization fault was established. The EMD decomposition was made with stator phase current obtained by the model to acquire a series of intrinsic mode function, and then the SPWVD time-frequency analysis to the IMF was carried on to gain the time-frequency characteristic under different conditions. The change law of the time-frequency characteristics was summarized varying along with the fault degree of demagnetization by multi-group data. The consistency of simulation results and the experimental analysis has verified the correctness of simulation model and the diagnosis method.
