摘　　要：本文重点介绍软胶辊不同于普通胶辊的具体制作方法。通过对软胶辊的破坏性试验,观察到粘结固化情况。同时,对软胶辊的表面处理,专用粘结剂提出了自己的看法,并对软胶辊使用后需配套的工艺参数优选也作了详细介绍。This treatise introduces the concrete method of soft rubber cots' manufac- ture which differs from the common ones. Through distractive test of soft rubber cots, the author, having serveyed the adhesion and cure, states his opinion on surface treatment and the use of special adhesives and introduces the optimization of technological parameters which are for soft rubber cots after a certain period operation.
