摘　　要：牛栏江-滇池补水工程征地移民工作在征地补偿标准、已建电站补偿和移民安置方式等方面遇到了巨大困难。按照同库同价、线路取各乡镇对应补偿标准确定征地补偿标准,按固定资产残值、预期发电收益评估值确定已建电站补偿标准,因地制宜、尊重移民意愿确定移民安置方式,移民安置方案得到了群众及地方政府的肯定。Abstract： The construction of Niulan River-Dianchi Lake Water Supplement Project encounters great difficulties in the compensation of land acquisition and in-operation hydropower stations and the way of resettlement. The compensation standard of land acquisition is determined according to the principle of same level in one reservoir area and taking local land acquisition compensation standard as the level of water delivering project. The assessed value of residual value of fixed assets and the expected power generation income are used to determine the compensation standard of in-operation hydropower stations. The ways of resettlement are determined according to local conditions and immigrant wishes. The final resettlement plan is affirmed by immigrants and local governments.
