摘 要:为了解决构皮滩机组在高负荷运行区域存在的异常振动现象,对构皮滩水电站1号机组进行了全模拟原型机的模型试验,结果表明模型与原型水轮机压力脉动具有相似的规律。对模型转轮叶片修型后,发现压力脉动得到巨大改善,因此以模型试验的修型结果为基础,对原型转轮叶片进行了修型。结合构皮滩水电站转轮叶片修型前后的现场试验结果,对1号机组的水力稳定性进行了比较、分析,发现已经消除了异常振动现象,增强了机组运行的稳定性。In order to solve the abnormal vibration of units at high-load operation zone in Goupitan Hydropower Station, the full simulation Unit 1 prototype model test is carried out and finds that it has same pressure pulsation laws with the prototype. The pressure pulsation of model has been significantly improved after the runner blade rehabilitated. Based on the rehabilitation results of model test, the runner blade of prototype is rehabilitated. The stability of unit l at Goupitan Hydropower Station is compared and analyzed with the prototype test data before and after the runner blade rehabilitation. The abnormal vibration phenomenon of the unit is eliminated and the stability of the unit operation is ensured..
