摘  要:介绍了金沙江巨型梯级水电站群集中监控系统的设计与实现技术,就成都调控中心远程集中监控系统的几项创新技术进行了详细介绍:多通道、多规约、多数据源的集群通信技术,分级分层的智能监视技术,跨平台、跨系统的一体化管理维护平台,梯级电站经济优化运行等,并结合国际与国内的水电发展趋势以及计算机发展技术,建设性地提出未来梯级水电站群集中监控技术的可能发展方向。The technologies applied in design and implementation of centralized surveillance and control system for giant cascade hydropower stations in Jinsha River are introduced, and several innovative technologies for the monitoring system of Chengdu Remote Centralized Control Center are also described. These innovative technologies include clustered communication technology with multi-path, multi-protocol and multi--data source, hierarchical intelligent surveillance technology, cross-platform integrated maintenance and management tool, and solution to cascade hydropower stations" economical operation and optimal dispatch. The future development of centralized surveillance and control system for giant cascade hydropower stations is finally presented based on the trends of hydropower and IT technology development at home and aboard.
