摘  要:选择AFA-1和AFA-2两种新型混凝土速凝剂(液态无碱速凝剂),从凝结时间、抗压强度、抗压强度比等方面。研究其与普通硅酸盐水泥、硅酸盐水泥、中热硅酸盐水泥之间的适应性。从试验结果可知,两种速凝剂与普通硅酸盐水泥和中热硅酸盐水泥的适应性良好。但与硅酸盐水泥的适应性有较大的差异,AFA-1型速凝剂出现了不适应的问题。此外,通过试验还可得到,速凝剂的凝结时间主要受水泥中混合材料含量、石膏掺量、CA和C,S含量等因素的影响;速凝剂的凝结时间并非越短越好,为保证混凝土的力学性能和耐久性,速凝剂的初凝时间和终凝时间分别以1.5~5min和4—12min为宜。Two kinds of new concrete accelerator of AFA-1 and AFr-2 (alkali-free liquid concrete accelerator) are selected to test their compatibilities with ordinary Portland cement, Portland cement and moderate heat Portland cement from the parameters of setting time, compressive strength and compressive strength ratio. The results show that: (a) the compatibilities between new concrete accelerators and ordinary Portland cement and moderate heat Portland cement are good, the compatibility between AFA-2 accelerator and Portland cement is also excellent, but the compatibility between AFA-1 accelerator and Portland cement is very poor, (b) the setting time of new concrete accelerators is mainly influenced by the contents of mixing materials, gypsum, C3A and C3S; and (c) the setting time of new concrete accelerator is not the shorter the better, and appropriate initial and final setting times are 1.5-5 min and 4-12 min respectively that can ensure the mechanical properties and the durability of concrete.
