摘 要:文章以不同浓度的卤素离子作为活性阴离子,在2.5mol/L的硫酸溶液中对201Cu不锈钢电化学过程进行了研究,并用软硬酸碱(HSAB)理论与配合物稳定常数讨论了实验结果.结果表明:在所研究的溶液浓度范围内,Cl-、Br-和I-对201Cu不锈钢的活性溶解具有一定的抑制作用,作用大小为I->Br->Cl-,而F-却起到加速作用;Cl-严重影响201Cu不锈钢的钝化电流密度,F-影响其二次钝化电流密度.这些差异均与卤素离子的结构与性质有关.The electrochemical corrosion behavior of 201Cu stainless steel was investigated in 2.5 mol/L-a sulfuric acid solution with different concentrations halide ions (F- ,Cl- ,Br- ,I- ) as active anionic. The ex- perimental results were discussed with the HSAB theory and the stability constants of complex. The re- sults showed that active corrosion of on 201Cu stainless steel was inhibited by Cl- .Br- and I- ,and the in- hibition efficiency increased successively, however, the active corrosion was accelerated by F-. The passiva- tion of 201Cu stainless steel was affected by Cl- obviously, second passivation was affected by F-. The differences are related to the structure and character of halide ions.
