汉族闽南语族群城市成人围度值及其年龄变化

摘　　要：应用人体测量法,对福建漳州闽南语族群313例(男性149例,女性164例)城市成年人进行了12项围度(头围、颈围、胸围、吸气围、呼气围、腹围、臀围、大腿围、小腿围、上臂围、前臂围、上臂收缩围)值的测量,分析不同年龄组围度值的变化规律,并将其与中国其他族群的6项围度值进行比较.结果表明:(1)闽南语族群城市男女围度值与年龄之间具有相似的规律性,主要表现为躯干部和上肢围度值与年龄呈正相关;头围和小腿围与年龄无相关性.(2)男性10项(头围和小腿围除外)围度值、女性10项(头围和颈围除外)围度值年龄组间的差异均具有统计学意义.(3)12项围度值性别间差异均具有统计学意义,且均表现为男性值明显高于女性值.⑷与中国其他族群比较闽南语族群头围、上臂围及女性大腿围、小腿围值介于南亚类型与北亚类型族群之间;前臂围值较小,更接近于南亚类型族群;男性大腿围、小腿围值较大,更接近北亚类型族群.可得结论:闽南语族群围度特征更接近中国北亚类型族群,与海南汉族最为接近,与江西客家人、广东客家人较为接近.To study the circumference and its variation with age of urban adults of Minnan languages group, using random sampling method to measure the circumferences values of 313 adults（149 males, 164 females） of Minnan languages group,including the circumference of head, neck, chest, chest circumference at inspira-tion chest circumference at expiration, abdomen, hip, thigh, calf, biceps, fore-arm, maximum biceps. The change rule of circumference values of different age groups was analyzed, and then using six indexs to make a comparison with other groups in China. The results were as followed. 1） the variance with age analysis showed that urban male and urban female have the similar regulation. The circumference of trunk and up- per limb were positively associated with age. The circumference of thigh and calf were negatively associated with age. The circumference of head was no associated with age. 2） Male＇s ten index（except the circumfer- ence of head and calf）and female＇s ten index（except the circumference of head and neck）have the statistical significance with different age goups. 3） There was a statistical significance between sexes about the 12 circumference,and males was significantly higher than that of females. 4） Compared with other ethnic groups in China,the circumference of head and biceps of Minnan languages group and female＇s thigh and calf both were between north type and south type groups. The circumference of fore-arm is the smallest, so its more close to south type groups. The circumference of male＇s thigh and calf are the biggest,so they are more close to the north type groups. The study shown that the circumference of Minnan language group closed to the features of north type groups of china,and its most close to the Han of Hainan,and relatively close to the Hakka of Jiangxi and Guangdong.
