摘  要:为了实现热法磷酸工艺的节能减耗,在实验室条件下,根据湖北宜昌磷矿的实际组成,采用CaO·SiO2·Al2O3·MgO-P2O5体系预熔渣探索熔融还原实验条件,并与实际矿样的还原结果进行对比。结果表明,在直接熔融还原的情况下,预熔渣在1 400℃以上才有较好的还原效果,还原产生的熔融玻璃质较多。通过调整二氧化硅、氧化钙和氧化铝的含量,当预熔渣组成接近熔点较低的熔渣相,如α-CaSiO3、黄长石、钙长石时,还原效果较优。CaO·SiO2·Al2O3·MgO-P2O5预熔渣在1 550℃还原,固定w(P2O5)=13%、w(MgO)=5%时,调整w(Al2O3)=7.9%,二氧化硅和氧化钙的二元酸度大于0.75,还原率最优。在预熔渣组成接近,还原反应条件相同的情况下,采用Ca3(PO4)2作为磷源的纯化合物配成的预熔渣还原效果优于氟磷灰石磷矿配成的预熔渣。In order to achieve the' energy saving and consumption reducing' for the thermal phosphoric acid process, CaO. SiO2A1203-MgO-P:O5 premehed slag was taken according to the actual composition of phosphate ore in Yichang,Hubei province to explore experimental melting reduction conditions.The experimental reduction results of premelted slag were also compared with the actual ore samples. It was shown that the premehed slag only had the good reduction effect with the temperature above 1 400 ~C under the direct mohen reduction conditions, and at the same time, much of molten glassy slag was produced.Through the adjustment of the contents of SiO2, CaO, and A1203,the reduction performance could be improved while the composition of SiO2, CaO, and A1203 was close to the melted slag phases, such as a-CaSiO3, melilite, and anorthite, which had low melting points.The CaO. SiO2" A1203" MgO-P2Os premehed slag would have the best reduction effect ,when temperature was 1 550 ~C ,fixed w(P2Os)=13% ,w(MgO)=5% ,adjusted w (A1203)=7.9% ,and binary acidity of SiO2 and CaO was more than 0.75.Under the same reaction conditions and with the similar slag composition, the reduction performance of the artificial slag with pure Ca3(PO4)2 as phosphorous source was much better than that with the natural mineral of fluorapatite.
