摘  要:采用溶液共混-浸渍提拉法制备出聚乙烯醇/磷酸钛钠(PVA/NaTi2(PO4)3)复合膜。利用紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-VIS)、热重分析仪(TG)对复合膜进行分析,并对其人工加速老化性能、力学性能、水蒸气透过性和耐水性能进行测试。结果表明:PVA/NaTi2(PO4)3复合膜具有一定的抗紫外线功能,老化后薄膜的力学性能保持良好。PVA/NaTi2(PO4)3复合膜的热稳定性、保湿性和耐水性与纯PVA薄膜相比均有所提高。NaTi2(PO4)/PVA composite films were prepared by solution blending and dip-coating method, and analyzed by UV spectra and thermogravimetric analysis. Additionally, the artificial accelerated ultraviolet aging experiments, the mechanical properties testing, the water vapor transmission and water resistance were tested. The results reveal that the NaTi2(PO4)/PVA composite films possess the function of anti-ultraviolet radiation and mechanical performance retains well after the UV aging. Thermal stability, moisture retention and water resistance of NaTi2(PO4)3/PVA composite films are better than those of pure PVA films.
