摘  要:建立了气相色谱-质谱(GC—MS)法测定电子电气塑料产品中的有机磷酸酯阻燃剂—磷酸-(2-氟乙基)醢含量的分析检潮方法。样品经微波萃取后,过固相硅胶净化小柱净化,然后用气相色谱.质谱仪进行选择离子监测模式下的定性及定量分析。结果表明:该方法的检出限为0.05mg/kg,样品加标回收率为87.5%-92.9%。相对标准偏差小于4。1%。该方法适用于电子电气塑料产品中有机磷阻燃剂磷酸-(2-氯乙基)酯含量的快速测定,具有操作简单.方便.炙敏度高.结果稳定薄优点。An effective method was established for the determination of the content of organophosphorous flame retardants tris(2-chloroethyl phosphate) (TCEP) in plastic parts of electrical and electronic products by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Sample was treated with microwave extraction, and a solid-phase silicone column was used for the purification. Then qualitative and quantitative analysis was conducted under selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode by GC-MS. The results show that the detection limit is as low as 0.05 mg/kg, the recovery varies from 87.5% to 92.9%, and with relative standard deviation (RSD) is below 4.1%. It is demonstrated that the organophosphorous flame retardants can be analyzed simply by this method and the results are sensitive, accurate and stable.
