摘 要:在冬季11月至次年1月间在露天条件下将潜流人工湿地后置生态塘组成处理系统,以组合系统对氮元素的去除效果作为考察指标,采用正交试验法研究了湿地水力负荷、碳氮比、预曝气强度和塘深等4个因素对考察指标影响的显著性及优选条件,并利用SPSS软件对正交试验结果进行方差分析。结果表明,湿地水力负荷、碳氮比、预曝气强度对组合系统总氮和氨氮去除率影响显著,各因素对组合系统中总氮和氨氮去除率的影响程度由大到小依次为:湿地水力负荷>碳氮比>预曝气强度>塘深。组合系统总氮和氨氮去除率最高条件均为为:湿地水力负荷为75 mm/d,碳氮比为6、预曝气气水体积比为6和塘深0.5 m。组合系统对氮元素的去除率保持在很高水平。A processing system consists of subsurface flow constructed wetland and ecological pond was built under the condition of open air from November to January ofthe next year, and the removal effieiency ofnitrogen by this combination system was investigated. By using the orthogonal test method, 4 factors including the hydraulic load of wetland, the ratio of carbon to nitrogen, the intensity of pre-aeration and the depth of pond on nitrogen removal was studied, and the optimum condition was determined. The variance analysis of the orthogonal experiment results was performed by using SPSS software. The results show that the hydraulic load of wetland, the ratio of carbon to nitrogen, the intensity of pre-aeration has significant influence on nitrogen removal. The influence of various factors on the total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen removal rate in turn as: the hydraulic load of wetland 〉 the ratio of carbon to nitrogen 〉 the intensity of pre-aeration 〉 the depth of pond. The conditions of the highest rate of the total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen removal from the combination system are the same as follows: the hydraulic load of wetland is 75 mm/d, the ratio of carbon to nitrogen is 6, the pre-aeration ratio of air to water is 6 and the depth of pond is 0.5 m. The rate of nitrogen removal from the combination system remained at a high level.
