摘 要:采用平行试验,从膜污染和污染物去除效果两方面考察了PAC投加对MBR处理实际炼油废水的影响。结果表明,PAC的加入有效降低了膜污染速率,从而减少了膜清洗次数,延长了MBR的可持续运行时间;沉积层污染是造成处理炼油废水的MBR膜污染的最主要因素,PAC对膜污染产生抑制的主要原因是对沉积层污染的有效减缓,这种减缓效应可能与PAC对活性污泥混合液粘度的降低作用和对污泥平均粒径的增大作用有关;PAC的投加显著提高了MBR对COD、氨氮和石油类的去除率。Parallel experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of PAC addition on performance of MBR treating actual refinery wastewater from the perspective of membrane fouling and pollutants removal. The results indicated that PAC addition effectively reduced the membrane fouling rate, thus reduced the frequency of membrane cleaning and extended the sustainable operating time of MBR. The cake layer was the key factor for MBR fouling when treating refinery wastewater. PAC could control membrane fouling because of reducing the cake layer fouling, which might be related with the reduced mixed liquor viscosity and the increased mean floc size as results of PAC addition. Moreover, PAC addition significantly improved removal efficiencies of COD, ammonia nitrogen and petroleum for MBR.
