摘 要:针对陕北钻井废水色度高、pH高、悬浮性固体(SS)含量高、浊度高和有机物含量高的特点,采用混凝-Fenton氧化-活性炭吸附联合处理方法对钻井废水进行了处理条件研究。结果表明:聚合氯化铝(PAC)投加量为2 500mg/L、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)投加量为8 mg/L下进行混凝沉降30 min;然后在pH为3.0、H2O2投加量为1 300 mg/L、FeSO4投加量为200 mg/L条件下氧化处理75 min;再进行活性炭吸附处理,活性炭投加量为15g/L,吸附时间为40min。处理后钻井废水的COD为55 mg/L、SS质量浓度为2 mg/L,达到国家一级排放标准(GB 8978-1996)。According to the drilling wastewater from north of Shaanxi, which has high chroma, pH, suspended solids (SS), turbidity and organic compounds concentration, the process ofcoagulation-fenton oxidation-adsorption was applied. The results showed that the drilling wastewater has better flocculated effect when the dosage ofpolyaluminium chloride (PAC) and polyacrylamide (PAM) were 2 500 mg/L and 8 mg/k respectively, and the settle time was 30 rain. Then the flocculated drilling wastewater was oxidized for 75 min under the condition of 1 300 rag/I_. H202 and 200 mg/L FeSO4 under pH of 3.0. Finally, the oxidized drilling wastewater was adsorbed for 40 rain under the condition of 15 g/L activated carbon. The COD concentration ofdrilling wastewater dropped to 55 mg/L, and SS concentration dropped to 2 mg/L. The treated dnlling wastewater meets the primary standard of National Sewage Comprehensive Emission Standard (GB 8978-- 1996).
