不同血清型禽霍乱巴氏杆菌免疫的研究Ⅰ.不同方法制备免疫原的免疫保护试验

摘　　要：应用禽多杀性巴氏杆菌C48- 1菌株 (血清型为A∶1 ) ,分别通过接种人工培养基、含动物血液人工培养基、发育禽胚、感染易感鸡等途径 ,获得相应菌培养物后 ,分别制备成灭活免疫原 ,进行了对鸡免疫接种后的感染保护试验。结果初步表明 ,应用接种发育禽胚及感染鸡制备的相应菌培养物 ,其菌体发育及制备免疫原后免疫接种鸡的感染保护效果 ,均优于人工培养基的相应培养物 。The corresponding bacterial culture substance was acquired by using fowl pasteurella multocida C48 1 strain (blood serum type was A:1) to respectively inoculate synthetic medium, synthetic medium of including animal blood, developing chick embryo and easily infected chickens, etc and then the corresponding inactivated immunogen was prepared with it The infectious protection test was carried out after the chickens inoculated with inactivated immunogen The result showed that the infectious protection effect was better than the culture substance that was acquired in synthetic medium, and that a technical information and approaches was supplied for effective preparation of immunogen
