摘 要:研究了褐土土壤中添加镍对盆栽小麦幼苗生长及生理生化指标的影响。并通过小麦地上部分的含Ni量、生物减产量和幼苗POD活性突变点所对应的土壤含Ni量表征土壤Ni污染。结果表明 ,土壤中全Ni量与土壤有效态Ni和幼苗中Ni含量呈极显著正相关 ,幼苗含Ni量与叶绿素含量及幼苗POD活性变化呈显著负相关 ,土壤中有效态Ni含量与小麦幼苗生物量呈极显著负相关 ,同时苗叶绿素含量和POD活性均与小麦幼苗生物量呈极显著正相关。据以上 3个毒性指标表征土壤Ni污染 ,其减产临界值为 :土壤中有效态Ni的质量分数为 5mg/kg (CaCl2 提取 ) ;小麦茎叶中Ni的质量分数为 2 5mg/kg ;POD活性转折临界值为 40mg/kg。The effect of Ni added in the drab soil on the growth and indexes of physiology and biochemistry of wheat seedling planted in pots was studied The soil pollution was marlced by the Ni contents in the soil which was corresponded to the sudder charge point of the Ni contents in wheat, reduction of output and the POD activity of the wheat seedling It showed that, the Ni contents added in the soil had remarclable positive relationship to the effective Ni contents in soil and the seedling had the remarlcable negative relationship to chlorophyll contents and POD activity, the effectual Ni contents in the seedling soil had the remarkable relationship with the seedling biomass, and the chlorophyll contents, and the POD activity of seedling had remarkable positive relationship to the seedling biomass The Ni pollution of the soil was marked by three poisonous index mentioned above, the critical value of the output reduction was that: the contents of effectual Ni in soil was 5 mg/kg(extracted by CaCl 2 ), the contents of Ni in stem and leaves was 25 mg/kg And POD activity was 40 mg/kg
