摘  要:304材质不锈钢封头,服役使用4年后,工厂检修人员发现其直边部位发生开裂现象。通过无损检测,原材料化学分析,并且对设备周围环境分析,得出最终结论:304材质在湿H2S环境中,存在拉应力作用下,发生应力腐蚀,导致设备封头产生裂纹。如何预防应力腐蚀,及成功返修案例。Standard ellipse head of 304 material had been using for 4 years.When the workers were inspecting the equipments,they found that there had been many cracks in the shirt of standard ellipse head. By using NDE,material analysis of chemical and environment analysis around the equipments,we finally got the conclusion: 304 material made stress-corrosion cracking for the combined effect of H2S of wet environment and stress. How to prevent stress-corrosion cracking and show one case of successful repair.
