摘　　要：本文阐释了大型平台吊装施工过程，并对其项目管理进行了系统分析，提出了施工中工程设计及管理中项目经理责任制的重要性，倡导技术与管理结合的项目运营理念。This article will introduce the process of construction for large platform lifting and system analysis of its administer. The last, it has a conclusion which is very important about the design phase in the process of the construction and project manager as the main responsibil- ity in the administer, sparkplug to combine the technique with the administer.
