摘  要:对传统的静态剪切试验装置进行改进 ,研究了不同初生相形态半固态A35 6合金的流变性能。结果表明 ,半固态A35 6合金的初生相形态对其静态流变行为有显著的影响。具有枝晶初生相组织的半固态A35 6合金的流变特征符合五元件模型 (H1-〔N1/H2 〕 -〔N2 /S〕) ,具有退化枝晶初生相组织的半固态A35 6合金符合六元件模型 (〔H1/S1〕-〔N1/H2 〕 -〔N2 /S〕)。计算结果表明 ,具有退化枝晶初生相组织的半固态A35Traditional static shear tester was revised so as to study the rheological behavior of A356 alloy with different microstructure morphology in semisolid state.The test results indicated that in slurries containing same fraction solid,the rheological behavior of semisolid A356 alloy was significantly influenced by the microstructure morphology of primary phases.The rheological behavior of the A356 alloy coincided with the five element model( H 1-〔N 1/H 2〕-〔N 2/S 〕)for the microstructure with flourishing α Al dendrites under the as cast condition,and corresponded with six element model( 〔H 1/S 1〕-〔N 1/H 2〕-〔N 2/S〕 )for the microstructure with broken dendrites due to electromagnetic stirring.The computation results showed that the deforming capability and shear rate of the alloys with degenerated α Al dendrites were much greater than that of with developed dendrites.
