头位妊娠脐带绕颈对围产儿的影响

摘　　要：目的：本研究主要就头位妊娠脐带绕颈对围产儿预后的影响展开分析讨论，以此来为这类围产儿的临床处理提供参考依据。方法：选择我院2011年12月至2012年12月所收治的150例分娩产妇作为研究对象，其中有50例产妇存在头位妊娠脐带绕颈的情况，将其作为观察组，100例产妇未出现头位妊娠脐带绕颈的情况，将其做为对照组，比较两组产妇的围生儿受影响程度。结果：两组产妇的急性胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息的比例存在明显差异，具有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论：产妇在妊娠过程中，头位脐带绕颈对围产儿存在巨大的不良影响，对于此类产妇必须早诊断，对其胎心音变化进行严密的观察，并采取积极有效的措施来对产妇进行治疗，这对降低围产儿的死亡率有着十分重要的意义。objective： this study mainly head pregnancy umbilical cord around the neck to analyzes the influence of the perinatal prognosis and discussion, in order to provide reference for clinical treatment in perinatal. Methods： our hospital in December 2011 - December 2012 150 cases treated by pregnant women as the research object, including 50 cases of maternal existence of head pregnancy umbilical cord around the neck, as the observation group, 100 cases of maternal not present head pregnancy umbilical cord around the neck, to be as a control group, compared two groups of women of the affected degree. Results： two groups of maternal acute fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia, the proportion of obvious differences statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion： in the process of pregnancy, maternal head umbilical cord around the neck of perinatal there is huge bad influence, for the maternal must early diagnosis, the cardiac sound changes were close observation, and take active and effective measures to treatment of women, to reduce perinatal mortality has very important significance.
