曲直丸活血化瘀、抗炎、镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察曲直丸的活血化瘀、抗炎、镇痛作用,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法建立大鼠急性血瘀模型,检测曲直丸对其全血黏度、血浆黏度的影响;采用大鼠肉芽肿试验,观测曲直丸的抗炎作用;采用冰醋酸疼痛模型试验和热板试验,观测曲直丸的镇痛作用。结果曲直丸可显著降低大鼠急性血瘀模型全血黏度和血浆黏度,能明显抑制药敏纸片植入法诱导的大鼠肉芽肿的增生,对化学刺激和热刺激引起的疼痛均有一定的镇痛作用。结论曲直丸具有一定的活血化瘀、抗炎、镇痛作用。Objective To observe the effect of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, anti-inflammatory and analgesia of Quzhi Pill and to provide experimental evidence for clinical application. Methods The acute blood-stasis model was established, and the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were detected to obtain the effect of Quzhi Pill; The anti-inflammatory effect was observed by granuloma test; the analgesia effect by hot-plate test in pain models of mice which were established with intraperitoneal injection of glacial acetic acid. Results Quzhi Pill could apparently decrease the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in acute blood-stasis model of rats, inhibit proliferation of drug sensitive disk-implantation method-induced granuloma of rats, and have a certain analgesia effect in pain caused by chemical or thermal stimulation. Conclusion Quzhi PiU has a certain effect of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, anti-inflammatory and analgesia.
