“擀面杖吹火”与“辘轳把擀面”的文化学探源

摘　　要："擀面杖吹火"与"辘轳把擀面"这两句俗语在陕西境内广泛流传。其虽单独成句,但有着相同的文化内涵,故经常被人们连起来使用。这两句民间俗语是陕西人生活、生存状态的真实记录,是人们日常生活的活化石,既反映了广泛的生活内容,同时又体现了陕西人尊长、尊亲和大度、宽容的优秀文化传统。尽管以前生活和生产方式逐渐消亡,但陕西人曾经的生活、生存状态却被这两句俗语永恒地镌刻在了陕西人的记忆之中了。The two slang expressions ＂Puffing the fire with a rolling pin＂ and ＂Rolling the noodle with the handlebar of a windlass＂ are widespread in Shaanxi. Although they can stand by themselves as a fragmentary sentence, they have the same cultural connotations. Therefore, they are often used succes- sively by people. These two sentences of slang are a true record of the life and existing state of Shaanxi natives and are a living fossil of people＇ s ordinary life, which not only reflect a broad living content, but also manifest the fine cultural tradition of Shaanxi natives＇ veneration of elders, relatives as well as their broad-mindedness and magnanimity. Although the old way of living and production has gradually faded, the previous life and existing state of Shaanxi natives have been permanently engraved in the memory of Shaanxi natives by these two sentences of slang.
