摘  要:以对羟基苯甲酸和正丙醇为原料,可膨胀石墨为催化剂,经过回流脱水酯化法直接合成尼泊金丙酯。最佳反应条件为n(醇)∶n(酸)=3.0∶1,m(催化剂)∶m(总反应物)=5%,回流反应3h,酯化率达94.5%。催化剂循环使用6次,酯化率仍可高达90.0%。该反应具有产率高、反应时间短、操作简单等优点。The propyl p-hydroxybenzoate was synthesized from p-hydroxybenzoic acid and propanol u sing expandable graphite as the catalyst under the circumfluent dehydration conditions. Experimental results indicated that the optimum conditions are as follows-molar ratio of alcohol to acid is 3 : 1,the mass of catalyst is 5%, reflux reaction time is 3 h. The yield of propyl p-hydroxybenzoate reached 94. 5%. When the catalyst was used for 6 times without any treatment, the yield of esterification prod uct could get 90. 0%. This reaction has advantages of high yield, short reaction time,easy of workup.
