摘　　要：着重分析了化肥厂丁辛醇车间羰基合成反应器用搅拌器机械密封应用过程中存在的问题、产生的原因及解决办法。针对丁辛醇装置羰基合成反应器搅拌器特点,找出了搅拌器在运行过程中不利于机械密封正常运行的关键问题,并提出了有效的改正措施和方案,解决了吉林石化公司化肥厂丁辛醇车间多年来羰基合成反应器搅拌器机械密封不能长周期稳定运行的瓶颈问题。同时还分析了波纹管式机械密封和多弹簧式机械密封在实际应用中的优缺点。This paper focuses on the causes and solutions of problems with the mechanical seal leakage of agitator of LPOXO reactor in Butanol and Octanol Uint. In view of the features of the agitator,we find out the key problems to the disadvantage of the normal operation of the mechanical seal, and put forward some corrective actions. The bottle-neck problem of the agitator of LPOXO reactor which is not stable sealing during operation in Butanol and Octanol Uint has been solved. At the same time, this paper also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the sylphon type mechanical seal and spring mechanical seal in practical application.
