摘　　要：清代李汝珍的《镜花缘》蕴含了丰富的饮食文化内涵,主要包括丰富的饮食品类、茶文化、酒文化、饮食风俗、作者的饮食观等。作为一部博物体小说,《镜花缘》的博物体特性展露无遗。As a nature science novel,Flowers in the Mirror,written by LI Ru-zhen in Qing Dynasty,contains rich connotations of food culture.This paper reflects on its nature science characteristics and examines various aspects of food culture:the types of diet,tea culture,wine culture,the diet custom and the concept of diet.
