益肾摄微饮治疗Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病40例

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾摄微饮对Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病患者的治疗作用。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各40例,对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服中药益肾摄微饮,2个疗程后比较疗效。治疗前后分别测定尿白蛋白,计算尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、测定血肌酐及尿肌酐,计算内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、胱抑素C(CysC)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)。结果:治疗组降低TC、TG、UAER、CysC、β2-MG、Ccr升高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾摄微饮对Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病患者蛋白尿的减少及肾功能改善有效。Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Yishen Shewei Decoction on diabetic nephropathy of Ⅲ,Ⅳ stages.Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy,the treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment was given Yishen Shewei Decoction. The therapeutic effects were compared after 2 courses of treatment. Urinary albumin were measured,UAER,endogenous Ccr,CysC,β2- MG,TC,TG,serum creatinine and urine creatinine were calculated respectively before and after the treatment. Results: TC,TG,UAER,CysC,β2- MG decreased,Ccr increased in the treatment group,with statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05) compared with those of the control group. Conclusion: Yishen Shewei Decoction is effective in reducing proteinuria and improving renal function of patients with diabetic nephropathy of Ⅲ,Ⅳ stage.
