狼巴草种子的休眠特性及打破休眠方法

摘　　要：以延边地区的狼巴草种子为试材,探讨了其休眠特性及打破其休眠的有效方法。结果表明,成熟的狼巴草种子均有休眠特性,处于休眠状态的种子经破皮和赤霉素(GA3)100mg/kg浸种处理后,在光照条件下发芽率达到90%以上。狼巴草种子发芽率的高低主要与种皮完整程度、GA3处理和光暗条件相关。Investigated seed dormancy of Bidens triparta L. and method of dormancy broken in Yanbian area. The results showed that the mature seeds of 13idens triparta L. had dormancy characteristics. The germination rate of dormant seed more than 90 % under the condition of light after seed coats were broken or seeds were soaked by GA3 100 mg/kg. Indicated that the germination rate of seed on Bidens triparta L. were related to state of seed coat and GAa treatment and light condition.
