模糊聚类分析评价防锈油膜电化学不均匀性

摘　　要：采用遗传算法构造的模糊聚类分析，用于防锈油膜电化学不均匀性研究．通过对防锈油膜电化学不均匀参数的解析，可以对防锈油膜进行快速分类和评价．研究表明，防锈油膜存在三种类型的膜，即腐蚀性膜、保护性膜和不稳定膜．Chemometrics is one of effective methods for cluster analysis of complicated system. In this paper, fuzzy cluster analysis constructed by numeric genetic algorithm was developed to study and evaluate the electrochemical inhomogeneity of rust preventing oil film. It was pointed out that rust preventing oil film had three types of film, corrosive film, protective film and unstable film. It is suggested that it could make fast evaluation of rust preventing oil film using this method, and the results were also satisfied.
