摘　　要：目的:归纳总结小儿颅脑损伤并发癫痫的诱发因素及相应护理措施和体会。方法:从笔者所在科室收治的356例小儿颅脑损伤患者中筛选发现29例并发外伤性癫痫患者,尽快协助医生采取急救措施,仔细观察药物治疗的效果,并给予患者父母用药、护理方面的指导。结果:经过护理人员的悉心护理之后,及时控制了癫痫病情,患儿均未出现意外。结论:实施快速有效的急救,合理的临床观察及护理有利于控制颅脑损伤诱发的癫痫。Objective： To induction on the inducing factors of pediatric craniocerebral injury complicated with epilepsy and the corresponding nursing measures and experience.Method： From the department of 356 patients with pediatric cerebral trauma screening found in 29 cases with traumatic epilepsy patients, as soon as possible to assist the doctor take emergency measures, carefully observe the effect of the medication, and to give guidance on the treatment and nursing patients with parents.Result： After nursing staff of meticulous care, timely control the seizures, children are no accident.Conclusion： The implementation of the rapid and effective first aid, the reasonable clinical observation and nursing is beneficial to control the epilepsy induced by craniocerebral injury.
