摘　　要：对宗教团体实行登记管理是许多国家依法管理宗教事务的重要方式。本文简要分析了国外宗教团体登记的类型、条件和程序,介绍了部分国家对登记的宗教团体进行监督管理的措施,列举了部分国家通过对宗教团体登记管理处理新兴宗教问题的做法;认为,虽然各国对宗教团体登记管理的具体实践不尽相同,但都设定宗教团体登记的条件,宗教团体登记后都要接受国家的监管。Registration and Administration of Religious Organizations are important aspects of legal administration of religious affairs in many countries.The paper gives a brief analysis of the types,conditions and procedure of registration,and provides an account of the supervision and management measures in some countries.Examples are given on how to apply administration on new religious movements through registration.It is pointed out that although there are differences in the practice of such measures,conditions are set down for the registration of religious organizations which are subjected to the supervision of the state./r/n
