摘  要:以正辛醇为改性剂,在无催化剂、微负压的条件下,采用回流法,对白炭黑进行改性反应。以改性后白炭黑的黏度大小为指标,探讨改性剂用量、改性温度、改性时间对改性白炭黑黏度的影响。实验数据采用Fortran程序进行分析,拟合回归方程,并应用Origin程序作响应曲面图和等高线图对实验条件进行优化。结果表明:正辛醇改性白炭黑的最优工艺条件为:改性剂用量71.76 mL、改性温度144.13℃、改性时间3.55 h。Modification for White Carbon Black was made with n-octyl alcohol as the modifier by the refluxing method under the condition of no catalyst, micro-negative pressure. With the size of modified White Carbon Black viscosity as index, the effects of the dosage of modifier, modification temperature, modification time on modified silica viscosity were discussed. The experimental conditions were optimized by Fortran pro- gram analyzed experimental data, fitting regression equation, and the application of Origin program for re- sponse surface and contour map. The results show that the optimal process conditions were the dosage of modifier 71.76 mL, modification temperature 144.13 ℃, modification time 3.55 h.
