摘　　要：用Ansys有限元分析软件对不满足GB150《钢制压力容器》规范设计条件的余热回收器大开孔进行分析设计,按分析设计规范JB4732-1995对应力分析结果进行强度评定。举一应用实例,对余热回收器大开孔结构的应力分析过程进行阐述。Analysis and design the waste heat recovery device opening which are not meet GB150 《steel pressure vessel》 standard design conditions by Ansys Finite Element Analysis Software. According the analysis and design specifications JB4732-1995 , the strength of stress analysis resuhsto is assessed. As an application example, the process of a large opening on the waste heat recovery device structural stress analy- sis is elaborated.
