浅论《针灸资生经》对腧穴学的贡献

摘　　要：南宋医家王执中的《针灸资生经》是一部将理论与临床紧密结合的专著,具有很高的文献研究价值和临床实用价值。本文总结了《针灸资生经》对腧穴学的贡献在于通过考证腧穴、纠正谬误,收录别穴、丰富临床,确定适用的取穴方法、重视压痛点和体位等,对腧穴学做出了巨大贡献,也推动了针灸临床理论的完善与发展。Experience on Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy ,which was written by Wang Zhizhong,a medical expert in the Southern Song Dynasty,is a monograph integrating theory with clinical practice,which is of great values for literature research and clinical practice. This article summarizes the contributions of Experience on Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy to acupoint science. In this book,the author conducted textual research on acupoints to cor- rect errors,included extra- points to enrich clinical experience, and determined the applicable methods for acupoint selection and attached importance to tenderness points and body position. This book has made great contributions to acupoint science and promoted the development of the clinical theory of acupuncture and moxibustion.
