摘  要:试验测定了不同工艺组合的管道环焊接头的 COD值 ,深入讨论了接头区域 (焊缝、热影响区、熔合区和母材 )、焊接位置 (平焊、立焊、仰焊 )、焊接工艺以及试验中出现的各种因素对环焊接头断裂性能不均匀性的影响。结果表明 :管道环焊接头断裂性能的不均匀性主要是由于焊接过程改变了原始材料的组织性能 ,并且焊接过程中由于焊接位置的改变而使电弧对母材的热作用在不断地发生变化所造成。接头区域。In this article,different process COD value of the pipeline circumference jointer is tested. And the jointer area(seam, HAZ, melting area, parent metal), welding position (horizontal welding, vertical welding, down welding), welding process as well as all kind of factors which affect non-uniformity ofthe jointer fracture property are discussed. The results state that pipeline circumference non-uniformity of the jointer fracture property mainly caused by the welding process which changed the structure property of the original material and the changing welding position make the welding arc heat the material variably. The jointer area ,welding position and welding process influence it mainly.
