摘 要:目的分析和评估水盘法捕获地面游离蚤的效果。方法选择云南省10个县(市、区)40个自然村的800户家庭作为研究对象。每个家庭放置10个加水的水盘于卧室、客厅、厨房等房间的地面,连续放置3个夜晚,每天早晨收集跳蚤。计算跳蚤捕获率并与先前使用粘蚤纸法捕获地面游离蚤的结果进行比较。结果在800个家庭放置8 000个水盘,有效收回7 974个水盘,3个夜晚实际放置23 922个水盘,捕获地面游离蚤2 420只,捕获率为10.12%。先前使用粘蚤纸法,地面游离蚤的捕获率为2.45%~4.93%。水盘法捕获地面游离蚤是粘蚤纸法的2.05~4.13倍。结论水盘法捕获地面游离蚤的效率优于粘蚤纸法,而且经济方便、易于操作,适于基层推广使用。Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of capturing floor flea with water-containing plate method.Methods Eight hundred households of 40 natural villages were selected from 10 counties(cities) as study objectives.Ten water-containing plates were placed in the floor of bedroom,living room and kitchen of each household for 3 continuous nights.Floor fleas were collected every morning.The capturing rate was calculated and compared with the previous capturing rate using sticky papers.Results A total of 8,000 water-containing plates were placed and 7974 were retrieved.Thus,23922 plates were placed in 3 days.A total of 2420 fleas were collected and the capture rate was 10.12%.The previous investigations using sticky paper method reported that the capturing rate was 2.45% to 4.93%.The floor fleas capturing rate of water-containing plate method was 2.05 to 4.13 times higher than that of sticky paper method.Conclusion The effect of water-containing plate method is better than sticky paper method in capturing floor fleas,and the water-containing plate method is more economic and convenient to operate.The water-containing plate method is quite suitable to be applied in the basic unit of diseases control and prevention.
