摘  要:介绍了机械能助Zn Al共渗 ,用开发研制的Zn Al共渗剂 ,在渗锌的温度下实现了Zn Al共渗。 42 0℃× 4h可得到大于40 μm的Zn Al共渗层。共渗层组织与渗锌层相近 ,约含质量分数 5 0 %锌 ,含 5 %铝。共渗层是由FeZn4 和少量FeAl3 相组成。研制的Zn Al共渗剂的松装比容大 ,耗锌量少 ,成本低 ,是取代热镀锌。The mechanical energy aided zinc aluminizing process is introduced.This method can get zinc aluminizing layer at the zincifying temperature by using the agent developed by ourselves.Results show that more than 40μm thickness zinc aluminizing layer can be obtaimed by heating 4h at 420℃.The structure of zinc aluminizing layer is similar with that of zincifying layer,its zinc content is about 50%wt and aluminium about 5%wt.The phases of layer consist of FeZn 4 and a little amount of FeAl 3.The agent developed by ourselves has bigger loose load specific volume,little zinc consumed quantity,lower cost,so the process can be used as a new technique for replacing hot galvanizing or hot zinc aluminium plating.
