摘　　要：目的探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗小儿烧伤残余创面合并耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)感染的临床疗效。方法回顾性总结201 1年1月~2013年1月应用MEBO药纱条治疗小儿烧伤残余创面合并MRSA感染的病历资料,归纳、分析其创面愈合时间,止痒、止痛效果,感染控制及预后情况。结果所有患儿感染创面均于MEBO药纱条治疗7 d^10 d后得到有效控制,20 d内创面痊愈,且止痛止痒效果明显。结论 MEBO能有效控制烧伤残余创面多重耐药菌感染,促进创面愈合。Objective To explore the clinical effect of MEBO in the treatment of residual wounds of pediatric burns complicated with Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus （MR-SA） infection. Methods The medical records of applying MEBO impregnated gauze in treating residual wounds of pediatric burns complicated with MR-SA infection between January 2011 and January 2013 were concluded retrospectively and the wound healing time, anti-itch and analgesic effects, infection control and prognosis were summarized and analyzed. Results All the infected wounds were controlled effectively 7 - 10 days after the treatment of MEBO gauze and got healed within 20 days with good anti-itch and analgesic effects. Con- clusion MEBO is effective in controlling burn residual wound infection with multi-resistant bacteria and promoting wound healing.
