创疡贴治疗褥疮的临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨创疡贴治疗不同部位褥疮的临床疗效。方法使用创疡贴治疗20例因各种原因引起的不同部位、不同深度的褥疮创面,每日换药1次,直至创面愈合,观察治疗效果。结果 20例褥疮患者,均未行手术治疗,创面全部自行愈合。结论 应用创疡贴治疗褥疮,创面愈合时间短,患者痛苦少,且使用简单、方便,愈后瘢痕少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing in the treat- ment of bedsores at different locations. Methods MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing was applied to treat 20 cases of bedsores in different depths caused by various reasons at different locations. The dressing was changed once per day until the wound healed. The therapeutic effect was observed. Results All the 20 cases of bedsores were healed by their own without any surgery. Conclusion MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing in the treatment of bedsores, besides its simple and easy usage, can shorten the wound healing time, reduce patients＂ pain and scar formation after wound healing, deserving to be promoted and applied in clinic.
