湿润烧伤膏对体表皮脂腺囊肿切开引流术后切口的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的对比观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)与凡士林治疗体表皮脂腺囊肿切开引流术后切口的临床疗效。方法对98例合并感染的体表皮脂腺囊肿患者的切开引流术后切口分别填塞湿润烧伤膏药纱条(治疗组)和凡士林油纱条(对照组)换药治疗,观察、对比两组切口愈合时间、局部明显疼痛例数、切口感染率。结果所有患者术后切口均愈合,但治疗组愈合时间(15.6 d±3.6 d)较对照组(19.5 d±4.5 d)显著缩短(P<0.01),明显疼痛患者例数显著降低(6.5%<36.3%)(P<0.01),切口感染率明显降低(3.7%<18.1%)(P<0.01)。结论 应用湿润烧伤膏药纱条治疗体表皮脂腺囊肿切开引流术后切口能够明显缩短愈合时间,减轻患者疼痛,降低切口感染率,临床疗效显著。Objective To compare the clinical therapeutic effects of MEBO and Vaseline in treating postoperative incisions of the body surface sebaceous cyst dissection and drainage. Methods The incisions of 98 patients with sebaceous cyst complicated with infection were treated by packing MEBO gauze （treatment group） and Vaseline gauze （control group） respectively in the wound after the sebaceous cyst dissection and drainage. The incision healing time, number of cases hav- ing distinguished local pain sensation and incision infection rate of the two groups were observed and compared. Results All the incisions were healed. The healing time of the treatment group （ 15.6 d -＋ 3.6 d） was obviously shorter than that of the control group （ 19. 5 d -＋4. 5 d） （P 〈0. 01 ）. Compared with the control group, the number of cases having distinguish- ed pain sensation and the incision infection rate of the treatment group were lower as （6.5% 〈 36. 3% ） （ P 〈 0. 01 ） and （3.7% 〈 18.1% ） （P 〈 0. 01 ） respectively. Conclusion Applying MEBO gauze in the treatment of post-operation inci- sions of the body surface sebaceous cyst dissection and drainage can realize significant therapeutic effects of shortening the incision healing time, reducing patients＇ pain and the incision infection rate and etc.
