摘　　要：本文分析了苧麻纱在台车上编织的过程。当苧麻纱弯纱时,钩针的弯曲变形比织棉纱时大;脱圈时,苧麻纱的最小线圈长度较长,新、旧线圈串套困难。当遇到长片段粗节纱时,脱圈更困难,很容易产生破洞疵病。退圈时,装一个辅助退圈轮有利于提高织物质量。The knitting process is analysed for ramie yarn on a loop wheel machine.On knitting,theramie yarn makes the spring needle bend more than cotton yarn.On casting,the casting-in ofloops is more difficult due to its longer loop length of the ramie yarn.For the yarn with long-term thick places,the casting becomes by far more difficult.This will lead to defects of fabrichole.Therefore,an auxiliary holding-down wheel is introduced for overcoming the drawback.
